NHLPA takes step toward disclaimer of interest....

We've spoken about that legal possibility---filing a disclaimer of interest with the leauge and, I assume, the NLRB, and dissolving the union--- here before, and some of the more telling comments received were from fans, who said ticketholders already had filed a claim of disinterest in the league over the lockout and failed negotiations.
Anyway, it now appears the union's executive committee...
