Soon-to-be free agent linebacker Bryan Thomas has applied for admission into “a special probation program” stemming from charges he assaulted his wife and was in possession of painkillers and marijuana paraphernalia.

According to The Daily Record (N.J.), the 33-year-old Thomas was charged on Oct. 31 with aggravated assault of his wife at their home in their Randolph, N.J. home. The article...
