Carly Rose Sonenclar ready for 'X Factor' final 6
Carly Rose Sonenclar is ready for tonight's final six after topping the "X Factor" scoreboard for the second week in a row on the Fox singing competition.
"I am so excited. Thank you to everyone who voted. Just, thank you," Carly Rose said after finding out she'd bested country crooner Tate Stevens by a narrow margin last week.
Two acts were cut again tonight. The first to go was Paige Thomas from Demi Lovato's young adults team. Second out was Vino Alan from the over-25 crew. He lost the sing-off to Carly Rose's teen teammate, Diamond White.

With only six contestants remaining, the stakes continue to get higher. The show will wrap with episodes Dec. 19-20, which means that multiple singers likely will be let go in each upcoming Thursday episode.
Leading into tonight's elimination, Carly Rose was in a good spot. On Wednesday night, the Mamaroneck teen wowed the judges with her rendition of Adele's 2010 chart-topper, "Rolling in the Deep."
"I thought the first half of the song was good. I thought the second half of the song was sensational," judge Simon Cowell said after her performance.
