Nearly fifty fans filled the back room of the restaurant Chat 19 in Larchmont Wednesday night to watch 13-year-old Westchester resident Carly Rose Sonenclar perform Justin Bieber’s “As Long As You Love Me, and Beyoncé's "If I Were a Boy" on Fox's "X Factor."
