Mount Vernon students learn to play the violin
Students at Edward Williams Elementary School in Mount Vernon attended Amazing Afternoons, an after-school violin lesson with the Scarsdale Strings Music School, on Tuesday. Scarsdale Strings, partnered with the Westchester Jewish Community Services, hopes to provide music education to schools whose programs have been cut or depleted. (Jan. 8, 2013)
