Nonfiction reading in the Hudson Valley
Nonfiction is hot on summer reading lists. School and public library librarians say that they're beefing up their nonfiction selections on summer reading lists to help boost literacy skills. Ellen McTyre, Head of Teen Services of the Mamaroneck Public Library District, encourages teens to read in the young adult section at the library.
