Snooki to appear at book signing in White Plains

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, the breakout star of MTV’s “Jersey Shore,” will be in White Plains on Saturday, May 19 to sign copies of her new novel, “Gorilla Beach.” The reality star will be at the Barnes & Noble at 230 Main St. starting at 1 p.m.
The novel is a sequel to her 2011 book, “Confessions of a Guidette.” Both books follow the adventures of characters very similar to Snooki and her reality show cast mates.
The book signing is a homecoming of sorts for Snooki. A Hudson Valley native, the self-proclaimed "Princess of Poughkeepsie" grew up and attended school in Marlboro before finding fame on “Jersey Shore.”
