Arts on Third comes back to Mount Vernon

The Arts on Third Festival in Mount Vernon enjoyed its first year back after four years in remission while Mayor Ernest Davis was out of office. Festival-goers listened to live music, enjoyed food and patronized booths operated by artists and vendors from the area. The event was also expected to draw a cross-cultural crowd with the addition of the New York Ghana Expo. (Sept. 16, 2012)
