Now that the weather is cool, it’s time to indulge in your favorite toasty seasonal drink. And there are more places to get your gingerbread latte on than just Starbucks.

With quirky decor, friendly baristas and comfy settings, the Hudson Valley is home to many independently-owned coffeehouses where you can warm up with apple ciders, peppermint mochas and other winter favorites.
