It's time to take a Stand Against Racism
The YWCA White Plains and Central Westchester annual Stand Against Racism event will take place from 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday at the Greenburgh Nature Center, located at 99 Dromore Road in Scarsdale.
High school students and adults who wish to attend the event must email jleshi@greenburghnaturecenter.org to RSVP.
The annual Stand Against Racism event seeks to eliminate racism by bringing together people from diverse communities. Artist Iyaba Ibo Mandingo will perform following opening remarks by William Carter, Town of Greenburgh commissioner of community resources.
