Hanukkah parade and menorah lighting in Monsey

The congregation Tzemach Tzedek of Chabad Lubavitch in Monsey celebrated its ninth annual Hanukkah parade and menorah lighting Sunday with arts and crafts for children, followed by a caravan parade of cars with lit menorahs on top, leading the way to a lighting ceremony in Spring Valley.
