Yet another Hudson Valley celeb is joining “The Voice”: Us Weekly reported today that Bedford resident Rob Thomas has signed on to act as an adviser for CeeLo Green’s team. The Matchbox 20 singer joins the Emmy-nominated reality program along with Yonkers native Mary J. Blige, who announced last week that she would mentor Adam Levine’s team.

Thomas told Us Weekly: “I'm really excited to work with CeeLo and love the idea that I may be in the room with a future superstar that the world has yet to discover.”

Pop crooner Michael Buble has also been added as an adviser to “Team Blake Shelton.” No word yet on which celeb mentor will assist Christina Aguilera’s team, although considering the wealth of local talent joining reality-competition series (former Bedford resident Mariah Carey will judge “American Idol” next season), perhaps she should look to the Hudson Valley for inspiration.

The third season of “The Voice” premieres on Sept. 10.
