Dutchess County resident David Strathairn returns to your TV screens with Monday night's season two premiere of "Alphas."
The Emmy-winning and Academy Award-nominated actor plays Dr. Lee Rosen on the popular SyFy drama. The series chronicles the adventures of humans with special powers, called "Alphas," who are trying to prevent other Alphas from terrorizing humanity.
Strathairn can also be seen this summer in "The Bourne Legacy," the action franchise that originally starred Matt Damon in the title role. Strathairn will be reprising the role of Dr. Noah Vosen and this will time face off against Jeremy Renner. The movie is slated for an Aug. 10 release.
