Westchester has served as a location for many notable films (101 and counting), most recently Tina Fey’s upcoming comedy, “Admission,” and the indie drama, “Bird People.” And once again, another movie is filming in our area.
“Innocence,” starring Stephanie March (“Law and Order: SVU”), is shooting in Yonkers. According to IMDB, the plot centers on a “young woman [who] discovers her private school houses a vampire sect.”
The movie is being co-produced by Killer Films, best known for critically acclaimed movies “Boys Don’t Cry” and “Far From Heaven.” It is slated for a 2013 release.
According to a representative from Killer Films, “Innocence” will be shooting in Yonkers over the next two weeks at undisclosed locations.
