Jermaine Paul, season two winner of NBC's “The Voice,” was slated to perform at The Castle Fun Center in Chester on Feb. 8, but due to the snowstorm, this show has been postponed to Feb. 15.
This is the second appearance that the Harriman resident will make at The Castle Fun Center, having appeared at the entertainment venue last March. Paul, who recently performed at a Martin Luther King Day Celebration in Spring Valley on Jan. 21, is in the midst of preparing for a 24-city North American tour with Alicia Keys that will kick off March 7. He was once Keys’ backup singer, and this time around he'll be her opening act along with R&B singer Miguel. Local fans can catch Paul and Keys when the tour hits Manhattan’s Madison Square Garden on April 11.
As for the singer’s first official album, no release date has been announced. Paul seemed to express frustration about that when he posted the following recently on his Facebook page: “Its so hard to be patient... I wanna put my album out already, This is killin me!! GRRRR..”
