Kate Mara, Lea Michele earn Hudson Valley Tweets of the Week

Celebrities with a connection to the Hudson Valley weren't just talking about the Super Bowl and region's snowstorm this week.

At No. 3 is "House of Cards" star Kate Mara, showing love for her younger sister, Rooney Mara, who was a guest on "Live with Kelly and Michael" this week to promote her new movie, "Side Effects."

It's easy to love this tweet for a few reasons. For one, I always enjoy when people take a picture of a TV screen; there's an earnestness about it that is lost with a formal screen grab. Second, the sisters seem as close as siblings can be, which is no small feat given the competitive nature of actors in Hollywood. Third, "Live" co-host Michael Strahan is no stranger to the Mara sisters, as their father, Chris Mara, is a vice president of player evaluation for Strahan's former employer, the Giants. And finally, it's been a great February for the Mara sisters, who are well on their way to taking over Hollywood — assuming they haven't already done so.
This week's second-best tweet belongs to Lea Michele, who quotes Scarsdale homeowner Beyoncé, days after her high-energy Super Bowl performance impressed the "Glee" star and other Hudson Valley celebrities.

Michele and Beyoncé have both been called divas in their day, and probably not always in flattering fashion. You can either fight it, ignore it or embrace it, and Michele seems to have selected option No. 3.
In this week's top spot is Jimmy Fallon, who was raised in Saugerties. As he often does on Twitter, the "Late Night" host posted a joke from his monologue.

If New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg goes after Slurpees next, he'll have to face millions of disgruntled teenagers demanding answers.
