This week's edition of the Hudson Valley Tweets of the Week features three TV stars who have called the Hudson Valley home.

Because the following embedded tweets, links and videos involve HTML coding, this feature is best viewed with a Web browser. If you missed previous installments of the Hudson Valley Tweets of the Week, click here.

In the No. 3 spot is Suffern native Carole Radziwill, a star of "The Real Housewives of New York City." Reflecting on her family legacy, she shared an Instagram photo of her former mother-in-law, Lee Radziwill, on a vintage cover of Life magazine:

Lee Radziwill is the younger sister of the late Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. Her son Anthony was married to Carole before he died of cancer in 1999. It's admirable that, all these years later, Carole and Lee appear to remain close.

Former Bedford resident Mariah Carey has the week's second-best tweet. The "American Idol" judge announced the world premiere of the music video for "Almost Home," featured in the new James Franco movie "Oz the Great and Powerful."

Reviews for the movie have been mixed — which is a shame, considering its gorgeous, saturated visuals — but "Oz" fans who seek another way to get their fill can turn to Newsday Westchester's feature on how Peekskill might have been the inspiration for the Yellow Brick Road.

This week's top tweet goes to another former Bedford resident, Kate Mara, who's got lots of love for a timely parody of her Netflix series, "House of Cards."

I've seen and enjoyed the first season of "House of Cards," and this parody is spot-on with its references — and it's even cooler that Mara's in on the joke. But perhaps the best part is that one of the "House of Cardinals" writer-producers, Jon Deutsch, is a New Rochelle product. Maybe the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival could film a "House of Bards" parody next?
