Sleigh Bells, Blondie added to Capitol Theatre concert schedule

Indie darlings Sleigh Bells and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Blondie are new additions to list of acts slated to perform at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester.

With plenty of "Treats" in store, Sleigh Bells will headline the venue on Oct. 5. The duo of Derek Miller and Alexis Krauss has been a critical favorite since the release of Sleigh Bells' self-titled debut EP. Sleigh Bells' tour features songs from its second full-length album, "Reign of Terror," which was released in February.

Debbie Harry will bring plenty of attitude when the legendarily versatile Blondie busts out its brash blend of rock, punk, reggae, disco and even a little rap at The Cap with an Oct. 7 performance. Tickets go on sale to the general public this Friday at 10 a.m.
