This week's best tweets with connections to regional celebrities are all about the rock: A Rockland comic, an iconic rocker and a star of "30 Rock."

Because the following embedded tweets, links and videos involve HTML coding, this feature is best viewed with a Web browser. If you missed any of Newsday Westchester's previous Hudson Valley Tweets of the Week installments, click here.

At No. 3, "America's Got Talent" runner-up and Stony Point resident Tom Cotter is doing his part to make sure his kids stay healthy (and obedient).

Tom Cotter tweet

If that's not incentive for his kids to maintain a healthy lifestyle, I'm not sure what is.

Making his first appearance on the Hudson Valley Tweets of the Week countdown is someone who's no stranger to topping the charts: Rolling Stones guitarist Keith RIchards. The former South Salem resident's verified Twitter feed — hilariously called @OfficialKeef — is full of cool photos from Richards' career. This week, Keith's feed posted a pic of him with another legendary guitarist, Carlos Santana.

Richards is notorious for looking the same now as he did 30 years ago, but check out Santana, who looks almost exactly like he does today.

Claiming this week's top spot is Westchester County resident Grizz Chapman, who live-tweeted Thursday's "30 Rock" finale. The one-hour finale for the Tina Fey-helmed comedy had it all: big laughs, a few tears and, of course, a "Rural Juror" song. It also hinted at a completely absurd(?) NBC spinoff, starring Grizz's character (also named Grizz).

Grizz Chapman tweet

You know what? Given the strength of the "30 Rock" series finale, I might watch "Grizz and Hers," and I don't think I'm alone. Many fans may echo Fey's Lemon sentiment of: "I want to go to there."
