Ossining nature center to offer holiday minicamp

Teatown Lake Reservation, the nature preserve and education center in Ossining, will host its annual Holi-Daze Fun-Daze Mini-Camp on Dec. 26-28 and Dec. 31.
Campers may attend by the day or for the entire four-day session.
Camp days are filled with games, animals, hikes and seasonal outdoor activities. Teatown's 875 acres feature streams, hardwood swamps, mixed forests, meadows, a gorge and a nature center housing amphibians, reptiles, birds of prey and mammals.
Camp for children ages 4 and 5 runs from 9 a.m. to noon. The full session costs $120 for members and $150 for nonmembers.
For those ages 6-12, camp lasts from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The full-session fee is $240 for members and $270 nonmembers.
Children in the older group should bring lunch. Fees are prorated for all campers who attend by the day.
