Gully's

Fans have been all aboard ever since Ralph Risio converted a water-distilling barge called the Glenwood Echo into Gully’s, the floating bar and restaurant on the Newburgh waterfront. The kitchen spouts classic American bar food, from nachos and potato skins to burgers to wraps, and the bar offers typical beer options as well as five frozen drinks, ranging from mudslides and margaritas to strawberry daiquiris. Gully’s is only open from early May through mid-September, because cold-weather boating isn’t nearly as much fun. -Chris Serico
