Park-to-park walkway in Tarrytown

The walkway along the Hudson River between Horan's Landing Park and Kingsland Park was open for pedestrians Sunday in Tarrytown. The walkway around the former General Motors site eventually will become part of River Walk and also will be open Sunday, Aug. 19, and Sunday, Sept. 9. Visitors also were able to walk over to the Sleepy Hollow Lighthouse. (Aug. 5, 2012)
