In 2009, partners Kirk and Dimitri Theofanides and John Potanza changed the name and the overall philosophy of this Italian and Mediterranean restaurant. Formerly Nestos, the restaurant now serves food with a more casual sensibility, which means more of the popular brick oven pizza. Even with ciabatta sandwiches, pasta and salads, the restaurant maintains a broader Mediterranean influence with chicken kebabs, imam bayildi (a Turkish dish of eggplant stuffed with caramelized onions and topped with feta) and a Greek pizza, made with roasted tomato, red onion, eggplant, pepperoncini, olives and feta. The pleasant outdoor patio doubles seating availability in warm-weather months.  -Chris Serico
