A magnificent 1888 train depot, now a restaurant and lounge, has been restored with great respect for its Romanesque Revival design. The plush dining room remains open until midnight, and you may want to knock back a couple of espressos after your meal — the club, featuring DJs and live music, keeps rocking until 4 a.m.
The menu weaves contemporary American dishes — panko and mint-crusted lamb chops, grilled filet mignon and shrimp with leeks and lobster béarnaise — with some curious sounding conflations, like cashew crusted calamari, and grilled asparagus with Gorgonzola glaze and truffled vinegar. The varied and expansive cocktail list includes specialty martinis and cocktails, sangrias and mojitos. Prices are moderate. -Bryan Miller
