Opening in February of 2011, the tiny but mighty Little Kabab Station has already amassed a loyal following among villagers and local celebrities. Bill Clinton, Chevy Chase and Martha Stewart count themselves among the fans to stop by for the seasoned kababs and freshly baked breads. Kababs range from the traditional (Tandoori Chicken) to the innovative (the Campfire Kabab features toasted marshmallows, chocolate drizzle and crushed graham cracker). Whenever possible, local farms provide the ingredients for the restaurant’s kababs, wraps, curries and vegan dishes. -Chris Serico
