This sweet, seasonal spectacle has been twisting lips into smiles for decades. During warm-weather months, Twist & Shake serves Italian ices as well as soft-serve, fat-free and good old-fashioned ice cream in an open-air, parking lot setting with a few picnic tables and benches. Flavors (about 30) range from vanilla and Death by Chocolate to cotton candy.
