See 240-pound gingerbread mansion

A 240-pound gingerbread replica of the Kykuit Mansion, a Hudson Valley landmark that was home to four generations of the Rockefeller family, was unveiled at the Ritz-Carlton in White Plains. According to the hotel's news release, "It took 150 man-hours to sketch, bake, assemble and decorate the house." (Dec. 5, 2012)
