If scaling a mountain is your ideal workout, an indoor climbing session at The Rock Club in New Rochelle is a nice alternative, albeit on a smaller scale. Seasoned climbers who know how to work the ropes can come in and climb on their own, but beginners should reserve an instructional session ahead of time.
