Trey Anastasio's performance at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, originally scheduled for Sunday at 8 p.m., has been postponed due to Hurricane Sandy.
According to the concert venue's website, the show has been rescheduled for Monday, Nov. 5. All tickets for tonight’s show will be honored next Monday.
Phish frontman Trey Anastasio has already performed at The Cap since its reopening, but he wasn’t a headliner when he took the stage on Sept. 7. That night, the longtime Rockland County resident joined Gov't Mule guitarist Warren Haynes, Grace Potter and Bobby Keys as surprise guests for a Capitol show that had been advertised as The Roots and Grateful Dead co-founder Bob Weir. He returns to The Cap with his own band for a sold-out show. Perhaps, in keeping with recent Capitol Theatre history, he’ll invite a few more friends to join him.
