Police are investigating a snatch-and-grab robbery of a $25,000 diamond from a Newburgh Mall jeweler Sunday afternoon.

The suspect had been shopping at Hannoush Jewelers for about half an hour Sunday afternoon when he suddenly snatched the 2-karat diamond from the hands of a salesperson, witnesses told News12.
