A City of Newburgh man could face vehicular manslaughter charges after a Saturday crash that left his girlfriend dead, city police said.
Luis Herrera, 46, was driving north on Route 9W in Newburgh at 3:15 a.m. Saturday when he lost control and struck two parked cars, according to cops.
