Cops: Newburgh teens had heroin, cocaine

Four Newburgh teenagers failed to fool troopers when they tossed bundles of heroin out of their car windows before a traffic stop Thursday, State Police said.
The teens were driving on Route 52 in the Town of Newburgh at 1:30 a.m. when a trooper noticed a traffic infraction and activated the lights on his patrol car, signaling for the driver to pull over.
