A Dutchess County school bus monitor faces a felony sex charge after a surveillance camera caught him inappropriately touching a teenage special-needs student on the bus, police said.

Charles Kane III, 57, of Hopewell Junction, faces a single count of second-degree criminal sexual act, State Police Investigator Daniel Smith said Tuesday.
