Longtime Orange County Executive Edward Diana announced Wednesday that he will seek a fourth term despite needing a transplant to treat his liver disease.

Diana, 64, a Republican, revealed his medical condition at a news conference at the county's Emergency Services Center in Goshen following a meeting with the full Legislature, where he briefed the body on his condition.
