A Putnam County man transplanted from the Bronx has been accused of running a one-man heroin operation that pulled in $12,000 a week, police said.

Franyelis Ramos, 23, of Old Route 6 in Southeast, has been charged with three felony counts of criminal drug sale and three counts of drug possession, Putnam County Sheriff Donald B. Smith said in a statement Tuesday.
