Grand jury convenes in Michael Lembhard case

A grand jury is convening Monday in the death of 22-year-old Michael Lembhard, who was shot 15 times, including eight times in the back, by two Newburgh police officers in March.
Later Monday, demonstrators from as far away as New York City gathered before the Newburgh City Council meeting to demand justice, said Michael Lembhard's mother, Arlene Lembhard.
