Homeless man charged with stealing wallet in Town of Esopus
A 22-year-old homeless man was accused of stealing a wallet belonging to an employee of a gas station convenience store, the Ulster County Sheriff's Office said Sunday.
In a news release, the Sheriff's Office said that Christopher Rion was arrested Friday and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and petty larceny, a misdemeanor.
