The woman who was injured in an Interstate 84 car crash in East Fishkill on Sunday evening remains in extremely critical condition at Westchester Medical Center, State Police said Tuesday afternoon.
Police said Sarah M. Moysey, 19, of Hyde Park, has severe injuries, including a fractured neck and severe head trauma.
