Authorities have reopened an I-84 off ramp in Brewster that was closed Tuesday morning due to an overturned tractor-trailer.
The accident occurred at about 4:30 a.m. on the 20S off ramp that connects the highway to I-684, and all lanes were reopened around 9:30 a.m., said State Police Trooper Scott McLucas.
