A day after 10 people were injured by a shotgun blast in uptown Kingston, detectives arrested the man they believe pulled the trigger.
At 12:50 a.m. on Wednesday, Kingston City Police detectives detained Shane M. Dunham, 20, at the corner of Wall and Pearl streets, not far from where cops allege Dunham fired a shotgun at a group of people at 4 a.m. Tuesday.
