Middletown cops charge man with driving drunk, fleeing crash scene

A North Carolina man was arrested Monday night after he allegedly got drunk, crashed his car and then tried to flee the scene, Middletown police said.

Wayne Isaacs, 38, of High Point, N.C., allegedly drove his 2000 Buick into a parked car near 180 Monhagen Ave. in Middletown around 11 p.m., Lt. John Ewanciw said. Isaacs then tried to leave the crash site but his damaged vehicle broke down...
