Middletown cops: Sam's Club staff stole $30,000 in goods

Eight employees at a Sam's Club in Middletown were arrested Friday for allegedly stealing $30,000 in merchandise from the store, State Police said Saturday.

The employees, described by police as members of an organized theft ring, are accused of stealing clothes, gadgets, food and beer.

All eight worked the night shift at the store, cops said, and  allegedly stole items for two months...
