Middletown police kill 2 pit bulls during arrest

Middletown police were forced to shoot and kill two pit bulls during an arrest Wednesday, authorities said.
Officers responding to a disturbance at a home that morning were talking to Shawn Beach, 32, when they learned he was wanted by police in nearby Port Jervis, police told the Times Herald-Record of Middletown.
