A man accused of stealing jewelry from an Orange County home was hit with a felony charge, and more charges are pending, police said.
James W. Hoblin, 33, of Montgomery, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony, Investigator John Fisher of the State Police at Montgomery said Wednesday.
