New Windsor foster home targeted in fraud probe

State police executed a search warrant Wednesday at an Orange County foster home in New Windsor as part of a fraud investigation, News12 reported.

Police were seen removing bags of evidence from the home at 2072 Independence Drive, near Red Coat Drive. At least six State Police troopers could be seen going in and out of the home and taking pictures of a car in the driveway, News12 reported.
