Newburgh city cops: 4 teens rob man, beat him with stick

Four teenage boys were arrested Thursday after they allegedly beat a man with a wooden stick in the city of Newburgh then took money from him and ran, police said.

At 2:46 p.m. Thursday, police responded to a 911 call and found a man on West Parmenter Street with numerous bruises on his face and head, Newburgh city Det. Lt. Dan Cameron said.
