A City of Newburgh man was arrested Thursday after he raped a teenage girl who went to his apartment to buy drugs, police said.

Trevor A. Cole, 49, of Renwick Street, was charged with first-degree rape, third-degree rape, first-degree imprisonment and fourth-degree possession of a controlled substance, all felonies, Newburgh city police Lt. Dan Cameron said in a statement.
