A New York City police officer was arrested Tuesday and accused of having sex with a 16-year-old boy, Town of Wallkill police said.

A tipster called the NYPD's Internal Affairs Bureau on Monday and told authorities Officer Rosandre Burgher, a six-year veteran of the NYPD, had "inappropriate sexual conduct" with a boy, police said.
