Orange County ranked among 100 best places for youth

For the third straight year, Orange County has been recognized as one of the nation's 100 best communities for young people by America's Promise Alliance and its sponsor ING.

In celebration of the honor, the Orange County Youth Bureau will host a dinner and youth summit at 5 p.m. Nov. 28 at Kuhl's Highland House, 512 Highland Ave., in Middletown, according to a county news release Wednesday.
