The recent deaths of four men from suspected heroin overdoses in Putnam County are being investigated by state and local health officials as well as the county police, officials said Wednesday.
The young adults died "within the last week," Putnam County Health Department spokeswoman Barbara Ilardi said. She did not have information on the victims' identities or locations.
